Job summary

Cerris Systems in Las Vegas seeks a Project Coordinator to support the project manager in ensuring timely completion of construction projects. You will help develop schedules, track budgets, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.

You will create documentation, assist with labor forecasting and billings, inspect safety and quality, and contribute to maintenance manuals and as-builts.

Responsibilities

• Create project management & superintendent documentation including schedules, material purchases, cost management, progress charts, labor allegation, etc.
• Coordinate/communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.
• Conduct workplace inspections assessing quantity & specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, & safety compliance.
• Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as-builts as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Conducts actions in a professional and unbiased manner.
