Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0–2 years in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create project management documentation including schedules, cost management, progress charts.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers.
• Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.
• Conduct workplace inspections for safety and quality.
• Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as-builts.
• Promote safety culture and comply with policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and workspace.
• Utilize company technology to support duties.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Additional duties as needed.
