Job summary

Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced Estimator/Preconstruction professional to lead budgeting, quantity take-offs, and bid development for Las Vegas projects. You will coordinate with design and operations teams, manage RFP/RFQ processes, and ensure accurate cost data and risk analysis for competitive bids.

You will interface with clients and subcontractors, oversee estimating staff, and contribute to continuous cost reduction and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost analysis skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and train estimating staff to support objectives.
• Perform quantity take-offs and review plans/specifications.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes and bid strategies.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for bids.
• Maintain cost data, analyze risks, and ensure quality controls.
