Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittal lists and reports.
• Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.
• Provide mentorship/training to less experienced team members.
