• Overall responsibility for project management.
• Manage a staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal compliance.
• Maintain constructive relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
• Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost control for all projects.
• Provide any required project billings.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new business.
• Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
