Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead project coordination, scheduling, cost control and risk management on complex construction efforts. The role requires strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating support, and site leadership across design teams and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will oversee RFI management, material deliveries, progress documentation, and job close-out activities while promoting BLHI's corporate values and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with required experience in construction management.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience depending on degree used.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Project Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Oversee RFI process and material deliveries coordination.
• Manage jobsite safety, schedule development, progress and cost reporting.
• Ensure close-out requirements are completed and risk controls are applied.
• Maintain relationships with design teams, Owner counterparts, subcontractors and vendors.
• Support BLHI project execution with effective communications and documentation.
