Job summary

BL Harbert International in Nashville, TN seeks a Project Manager to oversee project coordination from preconstruction through close-out. You will supervise the Project Manager team, manage RFIs, schedule development, cost control, and safety on site, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Location is on-site with opportunities for advancement to Senior Project Manager. Candidates should hold a four-year degree, OSHA 10, and 3–5 years of relevant experience; proficiency in Primavera P6,

Qualifications

Four-year degree in an accredited college or university with minimum 3 years relevant construction experience (or 5 years if degree in non-relevant field).
OSHA 10 Hour certification.

Responsibilities

Supervise Assistant Project Manager duties and act in that capacity when APM is unavailable.
Lead RFI process coordination and responses.
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
Oversee job photos, documentation, and progress reporting.
Ensure completion of close-out requirements and safety compliance.
Develop, manage, and report project schedule.
Monitor progress, cost control, and financial reporting.
Enforce risk management parameters and lead change management.
