Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex construction projects in the Southeast. You will coordinate field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will act as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, driving project performance and financial success, reporting to the Project Executive with accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• General Contractor license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and reassign personnel as needed.
• Develop and implement project operating procedures.
• Oversee project budget and schedule; manage time, cost, quality and safety.
