Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Finance professional to oversee accounting operations for large-scale construction projects, including joint ventures and national clients. You will lead financial reporting, internal controls, and provide strategic direction on client contracts, billing terms, and profitability.

Responsibilities include overseeing revenue recognition, subcontractor invoicing, and month-end close, while partnering with project teams to optimize financial outcomes

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 4 years related experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with AP/AR and cost allocations.
• Leadership experience or ability to influence stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Design and oversee procedures for accounting operations on complex construction projects.
• Oversee client billing, project ledgers, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage project cash flow and profitability; identify financial risks.
• Lead audits and ensure remediation actions.
