Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee multi-project execution in Detroit, MI. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and lead high-performance teams on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, collaborating with design and sales teams to secure new work, and ensuring safety, ethics, and QA/QC across projects. BIM/Lean expertise and advanced communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum eighteen years' related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, design community, and organizations for business development.
• Manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and safety programs on multiple projects.
• Oversee contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions, and risk management.
• Provide leadership to project teams, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
