Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/PM.
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains.
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure compliant design standards.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
• Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings and costs.
• Develop strong client relationships and seek new opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management.
