Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Executive in Salt Lake City, UT. This role leads projects from concept to completion, mentors teams, and collaborates with owners and executives, stepping into executive leadership as needed.

You will own schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management, while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across high‑value projects.

Qualifications

• Significant construction project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to lead project teams and mentor others.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cost controls, and execution strategies.
• Lead project teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact the project.
• Maintain client relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
