Job summary

rand* construction is seeking a Project Executive in Salt Lake City, UT to lead project organization, execution, and delivery to the client’s satisfaction. You will oversee a team including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer.

The role requires leveraging subcontractor relationships to win work, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, mentoring staff, and ensuring projects meet financial and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing commercial construction projects as a (Senior) Project Manager with a general contractor.
• 5+ years experience managing a project team.
• B.S in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project organization, implementation, and completion to client satisfaction.
• Oversee a team including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer.
• Manage multiple projects and external relationships across assignments.
• Leverage subcontractor relationships to win work.
• Act as point of contact for client, owner, architect, and project team.
• Mentor, train, and develop project teams to ensure performance.
• Ensure projects meet financial and schedule requirements.
• Troubleshoot hurdles to achieve on-time delivery.
