Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
• Understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Primavera P6 or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the daily administration and coordination of construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, drawings, and other project documents.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare, track, and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project schedules, updates, procurement tracking, and milestone coordination.
• Review subcontractor and vendor documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Help track budgets, commitments, purchase orders, invoices, and project costs.
