RockBridge Search is seeking a Construction Manager in Salt Lake City to lead projects from planning through turnover, coordinating owners, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining safety, schedule, and budget discipline.

The successful candidate will drive planning, procurement, and resource allocation, mentor teams, and ensure quality and contractual compliance across projects.

Formación

• Proven experience leading construction projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction projects from planning through turnover and closeout.
• Establish objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, estimators, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, owners.
• Monitor progress and keep schedules on track; review budgets and forecasts.
• Identify issues early and develop practical solutions.
• Provide leadership and foster accountability, communication, and teamwork.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, contracts, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, contracts, scopes, and documentation.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor selection, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and address scheduling, manpower, material, quality, safety challenges.
• Participate in meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications; track costs.
