Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Concrete in Salt Lake City to lead large-scale concrete construction programs from concept through completion.

Bring 7+ years of concrete PM experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while guiding field teams and coordinating with clients, GCs, and engineers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in concrete construction project management.
• Proven record on large-scale concrete scopes.
• Strong financial acumen for budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Solutions-oriented with field-to-boardroom thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, closeout.
• Build relations with clients, GCs, engineers, subs.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, change management, profitability.
• Collaborate with field teams for seamless execution.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior PMs and project engineers.
