rand* construction is seeking a Project Executive for our Salt Lake City, UT office. This senior leadership role focuses on organizing, implementing, and completing projects to the client’s satisfaction, while directing a team of PMs and engineers.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial construction management and a proven ability to mentor teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain strict schedules and budgets across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing commercial construction projects as a Senior Project Manager with a general contractor.
• 5+ years experience managing a project team.
• B.S in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project organization, implementation, and completion to the client’s satisfaction—overseeing a team including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer.
• Manage multiple projects and external relationships to ensure financial and schedule requirements are met.
• Mentor, train, and develop project teams and subcontractors for outstanding performance.
• Attend internal staff meetings to align with preconstruction and post‑award processes.
• Act as PM in specific projects and job sites.
