RockBridge Search is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will coordinate crews, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery on site.

You will read plans, lead meetings, and maintain daily reports while keeping projects on track and aligned with contract requirements and budgets. This role demands strong communication and decisive field leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and field decision-making capability.
• Comfortable working with subcontractors, vendors, owners, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to keep the project moving.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying potential delays.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and scopes of work to ensure construction is progressing correctly.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections with focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and site logistics.
• Communicate progress, challenges, changes, and upcoming work to Project Managers.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable for schedule and safety.
