DAVIS CONSTRUCTION seeks a Project Executive to oversee daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of construction projects, driving preconstruction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, subcontracting, and contract administration with leadership for project teams.

The role emphasizes business development, mentoring, and driving industry initiatives while maintaining safety standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
• Strong ability to organize, assess, and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
• Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills
• Project management and scheduling software experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of construction projects
• Mentor and lead project teams to meet time and cost objectives
• Develop and procure new projects through business development activities
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects
