Job summary

The Christman Company in Raleigh, NC seeks a Project Executive to lead complex construction projects from proposal through completion. You will partner with the regional leadership to drive project strategy, oversee the project team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

In this senior role, you will manage budgets, schedules, and risk, mentor on-site staff, and actively contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of direct construction management experience including leadership of teams.
• Experience leading client relationships and project teams from proposal through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from proposal through completion following The Christman Way.
• Motivate and guide on-site PMs and Superintendents to deliver value.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow reports, and cost control measures.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue opportunities for future work.
