The Christman Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial construction efforts in the DC Metro / Northern Virginia region. You will guide project teams, manage risk, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Expect to manage scheduling, budgeting, safety, and contract administration while driving value engineering and on-site leadership. This is a full-time on-site role with travel as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of commercial construction experience, including leadership roles.
• Five (5) years in a Project Manager or leadership role overseeing large, complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performance teams through supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide regular staff feedback and timely performance appraisals.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subs on risks, schedules, costs, and changes.
• Define scope, staffing plans, and deliverables for each project phase.
• Oversee bid packages, pre-bid conferences, and post-bid reviews with CM team.
