Job summary

The Christman Company in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeks a Project Executive to lead projects from proposal through completion while representing Christman to clients and the on-site team. You will drive financials, schedules, and risk management, guiding project staff and building strong client relationships.

Applicants should have a long track record in construction management, including team leadership and project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related job field.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct construction management experience including the management of individuals and teams.
• -or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from proposal through completion per The Christman Way.
• Motivate and guide on-site project team; manage client relationships.
• Understand project cash flow, fee sheets, and cost-loaded schedules.
• Maximize ROI and mitigate risk.
• Serve as face of Christman to client and project team.
• Develop and train project teams.
• Collaborate with Regional GM and external partners.
• Support BD, preconstruction, and construction phases.
