Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical challenges and ensure progress.
• Supports the implementation of project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks on projects through field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Supports less experienced project team members in resolving moderately complex project issues.
