Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Maintains field presence to support safe execution, participates in safety meetings, and supports planning of high-risk activities.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and keep crew productivity.
• Reviews drawings, submittals, and change orders for alignment with project goals.
• Supports project controls: schedule tracking and cost monitoring, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks using field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Mentors less experienced team members in resolving project issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
