Job summary

You will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for industrial and commercial facilities, coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking. The role requires expertise in CPM, P6, and EVM, with travel to active sites; a PMP/PSP and LEAN certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project controls, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, power, or data center projects strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant field experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed CPM project schedules from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Build and manage baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Outbuild.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to support forecasting and project controls efforts.
• Create and maintain short-interval schedules, look-ahead schedules, and milestone tracking reports.
• Analyze schedule impacts and identify critical path activities and project risks.
• Support bid and proposal efforts with conceptual scheduling and sequencing input.
• Monitor project progress and productivity against baseline schedules and budgets.
• Perform schedule updates and progress analysis in coordination with project teams.
• Develop earned value reports and performance metrics to evaluate project health and forecast outcomes.
• Assist project teams with forecasting labor, productivity, and cost performance trends.
• Support management reporting with schedule narratives, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Prepare and analyze TIAs related to schedule changes, delays, and disruptions.
• Evaluate impacts from design changes, field conditions, procurement issues, and subcontractor performance.
