North Wind Group is seeking a detailed-oriented Project Controls Engineer to oversee project schedules and costs across multiple locations including Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in construction project management, demonstrating strong capabilities in scheduling, cost control, and risk analysis.

This position requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with a focus on delivering accurate project forecasts and performance metrics to support decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in project controls or construction management.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably over $10M.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily planning and scheduling for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Monitor and control project costs including labor and materials.
