Traylor Industrial in Atlanta, GA seeks a Project Scheduler to manage and maintain the project schedule, coordinate with field teams and the project controls group, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing baselines, updating progress, performing critical path analysis, and aligning schedule with project plans and turnover milestones, while supporting client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the project Controls Plan and align with SOPs.
• Operate in accordance with the site-specific Project Controls Plan.
• Provide input to weekly and monthly project reports per the project calendar.
• Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings, organizing progress and scheduling.
• Attend client meetings as necessary, taking the lead on schedule matters.
• At project completion gather and report information for the historical performance record.
• Develop the project baseline schedule by gathering turnover information from estimating.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering and superintendents to identify activities and sequence; maintain a resource-loaded schedule.
• Ensure the P6 schedule is the project team’s baseline schedule for the project.
• Perform critical path analysis and resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Monitor the schedule for delays, impacts and variances to the baseline.
• Provide schedule oversight and integration between master and sub-projects.
• Analyze, trend and communicate schedule information through graphs and reports.
• Assist in preparing requisitions to ensure materials arrive on site on time.
