Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The candidate will develop, monitor and update the IMS and establish the schedule management program for complex capital programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, preparing baselines and basis documents, applying EVM, and producing progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is required.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in project controls or scheduling.
• Experience in a complex matrix environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the IMS for large-scale projects.
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables.
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approval.
• Load resources, perform leveling, and assess critical path impacts.
• Monitor deviations and assist in corrective action planning.
• Apply EVM to measure project progress.
• Review schedules with teams to ensure accurate data.
• Provide progress reports, trends and analyses regularly.
• Track scope changes and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Ensure credibility of schedule information and liaise with clients.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
