STO Building Group in Nashville seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for multiple construction projects. You will monitor baselines, explain variances, and prepare reports on trends, while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and estimators to keep schedules realistic and on track.

The role demands a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent, 5+ years of scheduling experience on commercial projects, and strong Primavera P6 and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience managing scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects using CPM techniques.
• Organize and prioritize incoming bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Review project schedule data including start/finish dates, costs, WBS, and related data.
• Evaluate work packages for feasible implementation and suggest alternatives.
• Communicate status and corrective actions to stakeholders to ensure conformance to schedules.
• Coordinate with preconstruction team to ensure schedule clarity across work.
• Ensure resources are available to maintain schedules and flag constraints.
• Obtain status updates from stakeholders and maintain current plans.
• Coordinate projects with participants to keep plans achievable daily.
