Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager for the Deltona, Florida area to oversee county infrastructure projects from start to finish.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management experience, strong coordination with vendors and engineers, and a focus on schedule, budget, and quality control. The position is full-time with possible temp arrangements and offers hourly pay in the mid-$ range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management, or closely related field.
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in a construction management position.
• Valid Florida driver's license at time of hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facility Management, or Project Management with five years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of building and infrastructure construction projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and design professionals.
• Monitor project schedule and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control on all projects.
