Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of building and infrastructure construction projects including bids, contracts, specifications, and pre-construction conferences.
• Direct the completion of projects through vendors, contractors, and trades.
• Perform field inspections and prepare reports on project status and milestones.
• Develop and revise project schedules, resource allocation, and budget controls.
