Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager in DeLand, Florida. This full-time position oversees construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment. A valid Florida driver’s license is required.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience in construction management, with a salary range of $18-$20 per hour. Location is based in DeLand, FL, with office coordination and field oversight as core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management, or closely related field with three years of hands-on construction management experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of building and infrastructure construction projects including bid/contract preparation, specification development, pre-construction conferences, testing and inspection.
• Direct completion of building and infrastructure projects through vendors, contractors, and trades.
• Perform field inspections of projects underway and prepare status reports for management.
