Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of building and infrastructure construction projects from bid and contract prep to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trades; supervise field activities and inspections.
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meetings; generate progress reports and cost analyses.
• Ensure plans meet local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards; monitor budget and schedule.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain project documentation for records and audits.
