Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid processes, contract prep, specs, and pre-construction conferences.
• Direct projects through vendors, contractors, and trades.
• Perform field inspections of projects underway.
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design professionals to resolve field discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on status of projects.
• Monitor project budget and forecast costs.

Education
