Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager/Field Manager to lead commercial and educational projects onsite with our client teams. You will coordinate with owner consultants, agencies and vendors, maintain daily logs, review drawings, and monitor safety and quality on active sites.

With 6+ years in construction management and proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Kahua, you will drive schedules, payments and inspections.

Qualifications

• 6+ years for Construction Manager/ Field Manager/ Field Superintendent on commercial or educational projects.
• 6+ years with construction management processes and knowledge of means and methods; proficiency with project software.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil) or construction management or equivalent (desired). OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• You’ll coordinate and interact with the full project team on site, maintain daily logs, review drawings and submittals, and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Monitor on-site work, schedule inspections, track RFIs and payments with project manager and owner.
• Participate in code inspections, witness required testing, and document progress and safety issues.
• Maintain 10+ date-stamped photos daily and support closeout activities.
