Qualifications

• Master's degree or a professional license may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex capital projects from conception through design development to construction completion and close-out.
• Develop deliverable dates and schedules; ensure adherence and coordinate construction management staff.
• Liaise with Sponsor Agencies, Design-Builders, and regulatory entities to align project scope and requirements.
• Review change orders, project correspondence, and reports; maintain comprehensive project history files.
