Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction and renovation projects in a hybrid role with about 35 percent on-site work in Provo/Orem, UT. You will guide teams of architects, engineers and contractors to meet milestones, budgets and client goals.

The role requires 15–20 years of PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and PM or related certifications. A focus on risk management and clear client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of project management experience across design and ground-up construction.
• Proven experience in scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and negotiations.
• Proficiency with Office tools, scheduling software, and web-based apps.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple construction projects.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, manage design pros and contractors.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget, risks and cash flow.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with processes.
• Prepare project documentation and manage vendor closeout.
