Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Provo, UT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction and major renovation projects for enterprise clients. This hybrid role requires about 35% on-site presence at Provo/Orem sites and the remainder from home, coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and documentation from initiation through closeout, working with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time

Formación

• 15–20 years of project management experience in design and ground-up construction
• Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
• Familiarity with architectural drawings, FF&E costs, design and space planning concepts

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on management of multiple ground-up construction projects.
• Concurrently manage phases from initiation through design, planning, permit issuance, construction, and closeout.
• Lead project teams of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Provide weekly project activity updates on schedule, budget, and cash flow using JLL tools.
