Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics seeks a Construction Manager to oversee strategic programs, coordinating with internal teams and external engineering firms for RRL facilities upgrades and new builds. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, budget adherence, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PM/CM, strong leadership, negotiation, and experience with large-scale MEP projects. Availability for 25% travel and a track record of driving cross-functional delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management/portfolio management/program management/construction management.
• 5+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 5+ years experience with large, complex MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects.
• Experience with infrastructure builds from design to hand-off.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of critical Mechanical & Electrical equipment (generator, UPS, transformer, switchgear, HVAC, CRAC, CCTV).
• Lead site due diligence and evaluate permitting, planning and civil/architectural criteria.
• Define site requirements impacting schedule, cost, and delivery.
• Negotiate with general contractors and assess bids and scoping documents.
• Manage GC and third-party vendors during pre-construction and design phases.
• Develop BRD, project plans, timelines and resource metrics.
• Define construction scopes and review bids, schedules and costs.
• Issue contracting documents and serve as primary liaison with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate global monthly business reviews with metrics and narratives.
• Develop new reporting to monitor SLA commitments.
• Create handoff documentation for CM partners.
• Capture lessons learned for continuous program improvement.
