Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 for remote U.S. operations. The person will drive construction programs within Lease Delivery, Construction & Integration Execution Planning (EOP), supporting regional and global initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Expect collaboration across teams, comprehensive documentation, and progress reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program and/or project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook; experience with Bluebeam and P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction-related programs, initiatives, and workstreams from planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining governance, accountability, visibility, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, trackers, reports, meeting outputs, training materials, and operational resources.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while providing leadership-ready reporting and recommendations.
