Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years of experience leading large-scale Federal programs or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements and be the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, financial management, and delivery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies such as DOJ, FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Marshals, DHS, and U.S. Space Command.
• Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, resource planning, staffing, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
• Drive business development activities including capture, proposal development, task order responses, and organic growth opportunities.
