Guidehouse is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Senior Level to lead large and complex projects across construction, design/build, and facilities management. You will work with client leadership and internal teams to ensure projects meet customer intent, budgets, and schedules, and you will oversee a portfolio of properties and leases.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience, and five days on-site in Washington DC with monthly

Qualifications

• ACTIVE Top Secret clearance required and maintained.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in construction/project management.
• On-site in Washington DC five days a week with up to 1 week travel per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects for timely, complete, quality results.
• Coordinate federal facility management, budgeting, risk tracking, and stakeholder comms.
• Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop annual operating/capital budgets.
• Manage leases and space moves, supervise staff, and enforce change control.
