Accenture is seeking a senior Construction Program Manager for on-site delivery in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead large-scale projects across data centers, power grids, and public infrastructure, coordinating with regional directors and facilities teams.

Responsibilities include oversight of schedules, cost control, change orders, and contract administration, with a focus on complex programs valued up to hundreds of millions. Onsite client engagement is essential.

Formación

• Twenty (20) years full-time paid professional project/construction management experience.
• Ten (10) of the 20 years must be managing large programs with projects >$50 million.
• Five (5) years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects.
• Graduation from a recognized college/university with a degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• A CCM CMAA credential may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
• Develop, assign, and monitor performance of OARs relative to assigned construction projects.
• Review status and overall construction project progress relative to submitted construction schedules.
• Review change orders from all construction projects and assess their impact on the district.
• Assist Regional Directors and other Facilities management staff with bid and contract planning.
• Review status and monitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
