Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support assigned SourceBlue clients and projects. You will review contracts, identify procurement issues, and manage vendor relationships, budgets, and submittals. This role involves site visits and close-out documentation to ensure contract compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience and possess strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of construction products and procurement processes.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement services per contract documents for SourceBlue clients and projects.
• Review contract documents and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.
• Develop and track Purchase Orders and vendor requirements.
• Manage budgets, submittals, and shop drawings; ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain project reports and close-out records, including RFIs, warranties, and OMs.
