Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks an experienced procurement professional to support SourceBlue clients and projects. You will review contracts, prepare vendor bids, develop purchase orders, and track submittals to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Supply Chain, or related field with minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of construction products (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proficient in estimating and performing qualitative/quantitative analysis of documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement services as defined by contract documents for SourceBlue clients and projects.
• Review contract documents, equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings/specs.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and owner representatives.
• Develop Purchase Orders and track vendor requirements; communicate to centralized SourceBlue team.
• Develop and maintain project reports (budget, cost), equipment tracking, change orders, and close-out logs.
• Schedule vendor coordination and submittal review meetings to ensure schedule adherence.
• Close-out processes including RFIs, warranties, O&M manuals, and spare parts.
