Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager to oversee supply chain projects, coordinating product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal teams. This role requires coordinating with SourceBlue and Turner BU teams to secure opportunities and ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial construction, deep vendor management knowledge, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Business or related field preferred.
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, or finished product knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of supply chain projects and coordinate product deliveries.
• Develop bid packages and analyze vendor bids.
• Manage vendor submittals, testing, delivery, and warranties.
• Track project budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal SourceBlue and Turner teams on client opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and risk policies.
