Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar construction, refrigeration, and controls projects. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and stakeholder communication, while directing project teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with sales, manage change orders, and oversee subcontractors, with travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering total solutions across business streams.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of the development phase related to construction energy projects.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor other project managers.
• 7+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Ability to obtain a General Contracting license is a plus.
• Experience with project schedules and PM construction software.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions with quotes, project development, and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule via contract documents and meetings.
• Manage change orders and establish customer expectations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through action plans and communication.
• Oversee subcontractors, RFQ process, and progress communications.
• Manage project finances, cash flow, forecasts, and backlog review.
• Lead project administration, ensuring compliance and safety guidelines.
