You will manage financials, schedules, and stakeholder communications, leading a project team and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver total solutions. Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of development phase related to construction energy projects.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor other project managers.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Experience with project schedules and PM construction software.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost and schedule by reviewing documents and meetings.
• Manage change orders; identify opportunities and facilitate quotes.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and actions.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ, subcontracts, and progress communication.
• Financially manage projects, including cash flow, forecasts, and backlog.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Ensure contract compliance, safety guidelines, and governing regulations.
