Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to drive new store openings, manage site development, and coordinate architecture, engineering, and permitting to deliver quality stores on time.

The role requires five+ years in construction project management, a related bachelor's degree, and willingness to relocate within SC/NC/VA/GA. Travel to sites is expected, with periodic meetings and reporting to the Construction leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preference in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years of construction project management experience, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual store opening plan and deliver quality stores on time and cost-effectively.
• Oversee construction quality management to Panda standards and supervise GC/sub-contractors.
• Support store site research including due diligence and floor/site plans.
• Ensure compliance with codes, AHJ requirements, landlords, and Panda standards; manage approvals.
