Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to drive the new store opening program and oversee bidding, construction, and closeout, coordinating architecture, engineering, permitting, and site selection to deliver restaurants on schedule and within budget.

This role requires relocation to Georgia or willingness to relocate; requires five years of construction PM experience, preferably in retail/hospitality, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preference in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years of construction project management experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality environment.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual store opening plan and deliver quality stores on time and cost-effectively.
• Ensure construction quality management aligns with Panda standards and best practices; oversee contractors.
• Support site research including due diligence, feasibility studies, and site plans.
